Trinity uses an online system called School-Pass to manage our carpool system. School-Pass is a student safety and communications platform helping school communities manage student dismissals, making the process safer and more efficient.
Every car used to pick up Trinity students on a regular basis will need a School-Pass tag. This includes parents, grandparents, nannies, or friends who will regularly wait in the carpool line during normal dismissal times.
These tags will be mailed out this summer and should be placed on the inside of the front windshield, just below the rearview mirror. Trinity will issue two tags per household.
Additional tags are available for $25 each, and additional badges for $10.

You will manage your child’s carpool schedule online through School-Pass, assigning him or her to cars and carpool times. Your child’s carpool schedule should be set on a semester basis to align with the extended programs calendar, which is by semester. Parents are also responsible for communicating all carpool changes through School-Pass. Instructions on accessing your School-Pass account, setting up your child’s carpool schedule, and making changes and updates throughout the year will be included in the carpool mailing this summer.
